About Me

I know that life doesn’t always go as planned—sometimes it feels messy, uncertain, or just plain hard. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can slow down, explore, and find your way forward with more clarity and compassion.

With experience in community clinics, schools, and residential treatment facilities, I’ve helped adults, teens and adolescents navigate everything from anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, academic challenges to communication skills and social skills. Think of therapy as your personal pit stop—a place to catch your breath, refuel, and get ready to keep rolling.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing begins in genuine human connection—a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic theory, and client-centered therapy, always tailoring treatment to meet your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re stepping into a new chapter or feeling overwhelmed by the present, I’m here to help you move through it with compassion and clarity. I believe people are inherently resilient and capable of growth when offered the right support. In both life and therapy, I value presence, connection, and the belief that change is always possible—even in the smallest steps. If you're ready to take that first step, I’m here to meet you where you are.
